Had my first game yesterday at the age of 61 (after playing squash last almost 20 years ago)! Still have a lot to learn, but as a non-smoker and non-drinker, regular gym person, I might not have had the best shots yet, but impressed with my fitness. Will keep you updated as I go and grow. Great tips. Tip 11 could be about not playing too much to avoid injuries or perhaps doing strength exercises to prevent injury.
