learned to make this when we lived in Roma from a neighbor only difference was she added onion to the oil with garlic etc... Delicious and my kids loved it

I love a summer-themed pasta dish like this. Finding capers pickled in brine instead of vinegar can be difficult to find but not impossible. You're not kidding when you said that it's going to be very creamy. I was shocked at how creamy the end product is despite no traces of dairy product is used in here. I guess it's the magic of starch from pasta water combined with lemon juice that did the trick. Fusilli is the go to pasta for canned tuna flakes in a dish. Refreshingly tangy and salty. Love it! 😊

I noticed you use only white garlic. Don't you have purple garlic where you live? It's common on Brazil and I think it's the best garlic! The shell (?) is purple outside, the garlic keeps being white, but it has more taste and flavor. I also love tuna and pasta. I love your channel ❤️

I love the tuna in pasta great idea. Lots of garlic, lemon and O.O. Could you whip up some healthy summer salads that aren't predominately pasta? Yes I know your the pasta queen. 😊 I love your recipes. Unfortunately being a Type O blood too may carbohydrates and too much cheese cause me weigh gain. I only eat small amounts of it and I work in a famous local Italian restaurant. Lol. Yet I have discipline. ❤

A Rainha da Massa, muito linda e até simpática, faz algo que aqui no Bradil consideramos falta de higiene : prova a comida diretamente na colher com a qual está mexendo o conteúdo da panela, e depois põe a colher de novo na panela! Aqui nós pusamos uma colher p provar e depois a lavamos, é o Maia lógico e limpo !

GARLIC! Put them cloves in very warm water bowl let soak and the peels will come 📴😮You won't have to stand and peel cloves anymore 😮

I made a variant of this dish. Add chiffonaded and sauteed fennel bulb. The fennel sweetens and adds some snokiness and crunch to the other ingredients. I have made it with tinned tuna, but i prefer tuna steak broken into the dish

IF YOU SEE THE TUNA'S FILLETS IN A JAR OF GLASS, IS BETTER QUALITY, 'CAUSE YOU CAN SEE ALL ALONG THE FILLETS... IF THE OIL IS "OLIVE OIL" IN THAT CASE IS BETTER.....
