Nadia, can we talk about your blouse? Just gorgeous 🥰 My Father once ate the famous packaged pasta with neon "cheese" powder and 🤮 for about 12 hours afterwards. I think he had it when my Son went to lunch at their place; his school was across the street from my parents and I believe my Mom decided to make it for him. Grandpa had to try it much to his regret. I worked with an Italian girl in Toronto who would bring the most amazing lunches from home that her Mother prepared. My brother-in-law and I would devour them and Grace would buy a hot dog from the vendor outside of our office building. We finally wrote a note to her Mother, thanking her for the wonderful food we were eating, instead of her daughter. Grace's Mom was so cool that she made sure there was enough food to feed an army practically. The green tomato sandwiches on homemade bread and some type of vinaigrette(?) on top were our favourite summertime lunches. Grace Cecchini, if you're watching this, I miss you!

this is cool and all but you’re definitely alienating a huge part of your community with this video and your strong statements. nobody has ever claimed boxed Mac is gourmet but not everyone can afford pancetta, fresh pasta, and 2938393 diff aged cheeses. A lot of this video could have been worded differently and more compassionately. Some people can only afford boxed mac and I can only imagine how awful they feel listening to the intro of this video. Acknowledging your privilege and taking it into account before making these videos would boost your analytics.

I am American Italian, and Polish. When My Son Was an elementary school he’d come home and say why do all the other kids have what they called junk food and this and that I go it’s not good. It’s bad food. I said we cook everything fresh. Now that he’s in his late 20s ( and a Rockstar that performs all over the world) he knows fine food, and he himself is an excellent he is cook. I’m so proud of him! 💕

I like the idea of a cream base instead of a roux for Macaroni and cheese. If you use gluten free pasta with the cream sauce it whould be perfect for anyone with gluten allergies

I enjoyed the one that we make by scratch. I do the same thing I don’t care for the box I don’t know what’s in it and it doesn’t really taste like real macaroni and cheese. I am 63 years young and my mother taught me how to make it by scratch and my grandmother and other older women that I consider as family members we all make our macaroni by scratch now I have learned big tips from you. I don’t like dried macaroni. I like creamy wet macaroni with Flavor, thank you so much for teaching your children so have I and also add to it I lived in Sicily for years. My father was station in Catania and as a retired international flight attendant I used to go to Italy and Sicily a lot and my favorite food is Italian and Sicily, I do have some other countries that I enjoy their flavor but Sicilian cooking is so good to me and I love Italian food as well. I wish you can do a video showing us the real authentic cream puff because what they have in the United States is nothing like they have in Italy and Sicily, thank you so much for showing us everything and I am going to be buying your cookbook. I wish you could do something like a video you know where we can plug it into our computer and see everything or you can sell it like that I don’t know about this DVD desk I don’t know if they fill out, but I do have one, but I learned better by seeing Rather than reading but I appreciate everything that you were teaching us and keep up your cute sassy professional boss lady attitude. I love it and keep shouting. These people don’t know the culture of Italians in Sicilians and I am also Native American and Nigerian so we do the same thing do you and let them do them, I love you and you’ve got an adorable family.
