I had a transplant but my own blood was used. I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in February this year and I’m ringing the bell on the 30th of this month. Tell your wife I get up every morning and thank God for another day. 😂😂😂I’m glad you’re doing well.

You look really good! A friend of mine had breast cancer in her 30s and then MDS in her early 60s. She’s Puerto Rican and couldn’t find a 10/10 match but had the transplant anyway and is doing well several years later. I wish you all the best.

Unfortunately my Mom died 9 mths after diagnosis of myeloydeplastic anemia, she had been in great health and felt fine but routine blood tests revealed a problem. She was 79 years old, had chemo and transfusions but no talk of stem cell therapy ever came up. I am so happy for you and your recovery, God bless the young man who donated the transfusion! I pray that he has a wonderful life ahead of him and thank God, you are there for your loved ones!
