Chest pains, because I have had 4 heart attacks a long with angina. Back pains from previous injury that has hurt for over 25 yrs, I had a cough not bad really, I smoke off and on for 45 yrs. Got out of breath walking 10 feet, but I had gained a lot of weight in a short period of time. Fatigue some swelling etc.. I happened to have a new primary dr who I had seen only twice. She sent me for CT scan because I had stopped smoking last Oct. If she hadn't sent me who knows how long I would have waited. I start chemo next week with radiation to follow. So thank you for making this video. It's a very numbing thing when you are told you have cancer. God bless you.

Thanks for sharing your story! I was recently diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. I especially appreciated your comments on family, as well as how the disease was a challenge - not a death sentence (per statistics). You’ve given me much motivation. Thank you, and best of luck to you and your family in the years ahead ❤

I was a breast cancer patient at MSKCC. They are tops! That was 25 years ago. I still get my mammograms and breast ultrasound there annually. Will be grateful forever for their expertise and compassion.
