Hi, sorry for the trouble!! Please see the video from step to step and once the password has changed properly it shouldn't comeback until you reset the router!!!

@@thepcphone fantastic news. it has just worked, the problem was not the video, the video was brilliant, The problem was Firefox browser, i researched it and lots of people were having problems changing vodafone password using Firefox browser. i then used google browser instead and IT WORKED, FANTASTIC, THANK YOU. Now i can watch Apple TV.

Honestly I don't know if the network provider does allow and unlock the interface to reset or clear the cache. Please do speak to Vodafone hope they would help you to do that !!
