🔥 INCREDIBLE VIDEO👉 • I went to Somalia for ... - Somalia: Piracy / How People Live / Hijacking and Ransoms
Venezuela documentary. Caracas - the most dangerous city in the world.
Today I will show how people live in a country, where you should only walk the street holding things you a ready to give away to folks with guns, who will surely find you sooner or later. Today we will visit the most terrifying districts, where 30 people shot per day is kind of O.K.
You will find amazing and interesting facts about that country you never heard before.
“Most of the crimes happen exactly in these districts - robbery, murders, kidnapping.”
We will also pay a visit to the rich district. “Huge golf fields. And they are not empty, unlike shelves in the shops.”
We will find out why a portion of fries in McDonald’s costs 130$. We will also visit the Venezuelan carnival. Venezuela is an amazing country, because full gas tank costs around $0,075 and a roll of toilet paper - $8,42. Recently there was an assassination attempt on Maduro, a copter flew to him as close as possible and exploded. Since then everyone with a copter is arrested.

I was born in Venezuela and I moved out in 2017 at 20 years old. It was absolute madness back then and it got even worse. I could talk about so many things but keeping it simple about delinquency in specific, every single person I knew (family, friends, coworkers) was a victim of some sort of delinquency at some point, especially robbery, my parents and brother were robbed multiple times, my mom was even kidnapped once and only thanks to God she came out alive of that nightmare, we were “middle class” I guess, we lived in a condo, my parents were professionals but we weren’t wealthy by any means, everyone gets robbed, no exceptions. My country is beautiful but you don’t live there, you survive. The sound of motorcycles was terrifying every time I was out of my house because I know it was very likely some robber “working” in that moment. I was so lucky to get out and so was my direct family, don’t believe the bull shit from people trying to defend this tyranny, ANYTHING that the Chavez government touches is turned to shit, they only know how to destroy and blame the US for every misfortune, the government is also known to be heavily involved with black magic, witchcraft and all that stuff, truly disturbing and terrifying. Thanks for this video and your hard work, God bless.

I remember in 2008 at college in Mississippi in the US, there were a few Venezuelans and one guy who everyone liked named Jorge who was from Venezuela suddenly dropped this awesome editorial in the University paper about life in Venezuela. He chose his words carefully but if you read between the lines you could see the words were screaming to tell people about the darkness coming from Chavez. It's funny when you think of someone one way like I thought of Jorge. I thought he was just a partier, a person just concerned with fun, but after reading his article I was really impressed and for the first time felt like I had the inside track of the damage being done in Venezuela

@@javierchirinosbar The main trouble with Venezuela isn’t “socialism,” not that I’m necessarily a supporter of socialism or any other “ism” for that matter, but the main trouble with Venezuela are United States led embargoes to cripple the country economically and exclude them from the financial system; the Bank of England, who works closely with the US government- let’s be honest they run the US government (and the world) lol, actually withheld Venezuela’s access to its own gold… which they store with the Bank of England (because why?). Not the flashiest city in the world but I love it and have lived a very comfortable life here for 40 years. The most I've ever been touched by crime in my life is when my bike was stolen off me when I was a teenager and once somebody broke into my car while I was sleeping about 15 years ago, That's it. I'm from the U.K and travelled with my family I believe in 97/98 and loved this country. We stayed mainly in the resort but me and my dad did venture out on a tour of the rainforest for a day and a lady on our trip had her handbag stolen out of nowhere. We were literally in the middle of nowhere near a waterfall..and then one evening we decided to go out yo a restaurant for some authentic local food which was lovely...people were so kind and accommodating. On our walk back to the hotel a truck drove past full of men and one threw a full beer can at us nearly missing us but splashing us..however, wherever u go u will always find negative situations. Its sad what has happened to this beautiful country.

Am disappointed with the collective bias folks have against Guyana, bordering with Venezuela, one segment of the population has a monopoly on street level hooliganism, whilst the political hierarchies the PPP and PNC from 1966 to present are daily replacing the old colonial masters behaviour, enriching and pillaging the state coffers, whisking away their loots to bank's in the Diaspora.

I worked in Dar Es Salaam for 5 months, and I saw tremendous poverty. We hired local laborers, and they were terrified to be on the streets at night. We were told they would be kidnapped, put into a van and have their blood tested for aids. If none was found, their blood was then drained from their body into bags, and their corpse dumped along side any road. Clean blood was in big demand.

as a Venezuelan currently living there, here seriously feels like hell, there are so much things to worry about everyday. I remember seeing other countries' kids, of my age, worries and to be so jealous, they didn't worry about food, money, electricity, to get robed or killed everytime you go the streets (even with an adult) and a lot more. Videos like this one makes me cry every single time because I have seeing all of these personally. the majority of the time I wish I wasn't born here

When I moved to Mexico from Venezuela about 10 years ago, Mexico was a paradise in comparison and that was TEN YEARS AGO, today it’s even worse. I did find quite impressive the somewhat closer to first world that Mexico actually is… when I got there it even had iHops, Best Buy’s, Starbucks and all the sorts of things that are definitely telltales of not having gone completely down south. I moved out of Mexico too though… if the possibility is available to anyone I wouldn’t waste a single minute more than needed on a third world country. Not anymore myself at least.

Anton, NOBODY does better in-depth TRUE stories. You make it easy to trust your every word. -I have ADD & don’t miss a beat because the presentations are FAST PACED AND FASCINATING. We learn in a single hour at your knee what would normally take one an entire semester in college. How you are able to go lIterally ANYWHERE inside ANY country & get on a PERSONAL level with almost ANYONE, finding people you CAN TRUST to keep you safe among the dens of the underworld--blows me away. You MAY have staff now, but I remember when it was just YOU & I’ve seen nothing less than EXCELLENCE from ANY film you’ve presented. I don’t know anything about International Journalism Awards, but YOU, my friend, deserve to win top awards, year after year. You deal with MUCH deadlier life than those whose speciality is capturing & milking vipers Your presentations are enthralling & as you teach us different cultures, I, among others, INTENSELY watch OVER Y0UR SHOULDER looking out for you & PRAYING you’ll get out of your latest assignment alive. I STILL get cold sweats from the first KZbin video I came across of you. You were in North Korea. I was terrified for you. Your presentations are akin to horror films-too scary to watch, yet MUCH too intellectually scintillating to turn off. Anton, you’ve created a NEW genre in the Art of journalism. We, your subscribers, can’t thank you enough!

So well put together! My wife is from Venezuela and I finally got her here to the United States one and a half years ago. The situation in Venezuela is horrible. We help her family as much as possible, but it continues to get harder and harder for them each month. Inflation is crazy, this covid situation has made everything worse (if that's even possible), gasoline shortages, food shortages, poor medical care and corruption as always. I pray for the people of Venezuela. Makes me realize just how lucky we are in the United States. Seeing this really puts everything into perspective. The little things we complain about on a daily basis don't even come close to the daily struggles these people endure day in and day out. Dios te bendiga!🇻🇪

Also one thing... Chavez indeed subsidized EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING. Also that Oil was not only income, the guy (Chavez) took loans and offer from EVERYONE (FMI, Russia, China, Iran, all those "guys who say America is evil?") From each $10 spent, is calculated the $2 came from oil and $8 from loans... Knowing that, Chavez did NOTHING to save money or even have some future savings, as soon as oil prices dropped... things went south, and literally down the drain.

In the early 80s as a teenager I ran away with the local Carnival that came to my hometown of Bristol, Pennsylvania. We ended up traveling to and living in Venezuela. The carnival was called Ciudad Mechanica. My ride was the Himalaya. We spent several months in Caracas, Maracaibo and Valencia. It was a fabulous place at that time. It was 4 bolivars to a dollar and appropriately what cost a dollar in America cost 4 Bolivars in Venezuela. I was young, a blonde haired blue-eyed teenager from the suburbs of Philadelphia. I traveled everywhere, never had a problem. I used to take a taxi from the carnival grounds in Caracas to El Patre because that's where you could buy clothes cheap. Some random things I remember about 40 years later. Favorite rum, Ron Casique...candy...Fresita.... taking a girl on a date to a big Pizzeria, and having everyone stare at me because I picked the pizza up with my hands. They were all using knife and fork. Tropi Burger. I went bowling, I went to a movie theater , I went to a discotheque , I remember going into a Sears store in Caracas and being amazed that it was just like being in America. Flushing what I thought was a toilet just to get a water stream in the face from the bidet 😂😂😂 Venezuela was a thriving country in the 80s. It's really a shame with what happened, but one day they will return to their former glory. Siempre mucho amor por Venezuela. Lastly...I also remember Moraima...and Mirtica... beautiful women in Venezuela. I married Mirtica in Maracaibo, but that's another story.
