The best part of this is Yannis’s time with Simon upped his confidence and game with all these projects. Quite the asset. You are all a good hard working team. This place will look amazing when everything is done.

What a magical episode. Billy you always bring your community into your family and help them all grow. Yanis Nick Ryan your Dad and brother. The organ is going to be incredible for the convent and the village. It’s already inspired new art and storytelling for Michael. Can’t wait to hear him play the organ. The convent and the people you have brought together are all blossoming. Bravo.

Oh, I am sooooo happy that Michael is writing a children’s book. I LOVE children’s literature….it’s so underrated by many people. I taught this class for many years and I know Michael’s book is going to be well received and loved by children. I’m happy that you received this inspiration and just sat down and flew with your imagination. The mouse is in Beatrix Potter’s style. How lucky for all of us. Listen to Nick about a sequel.🌲🍾

How delightful! I love the concept of Pip! Pip goes to France, would be a wonderful sequel. You should put a copy of the original paperwork back under the organ base along with a copy of your book.

Loved the clever editing of this episode, Billy, switching back & forth between ceiling demolition & organ platform construction! Very exciting projects with the Petherick team "cracking-on!" Also, wonderful news about Michael's organ mouse-house inspired children's story being prepared for a forthcoming publication! This is absolutely brilliant! I can't wait to share this with my favorite little ones! 💓

Yannis is a real treasure. He had a good teacher. I hope he can continue and be allowed to grow his skills. Simon did a good job.

Yes Yannis appears to be a hard working young man. With some skilled trades men (Simon/"Dad") to train him up and some years of practice the Pethericks can feel good about not just saving buildings but guarantying a man is able to make a living for himself and his family.

Once the organ is operational you could offer organ concerts for a fee. But of course, first offer it to your community who has benefitted greatly from this restoration.
