Fundraising idea. Here in the States, there's an organist with the local college who performs at some of the churches that still have organs. Surely there is an organist of some repute nearby that would charge you a reasonable rate for the chance to play a newly restored instrument. Locally you could sell tickets to the community, world wide you could sell access to the live stream and or recording. It could be lucrative and create excitement and engagement with the town.

As someone with a titch of OCD, it felt like Michael was reading my mind about good brush technique. Without speaking to it, he also demonstrated how not to push down on the brush so hard that virtually the entire bristle length drags on the surface. The bristle tips are designed to do the work of applying a smooth finish(each one is tapered at the end). The fact that Osmo absorbs into the wood does make it more forgiving than paint and varnish however. Great work by one and all!
