Yanis, be bossy and make sure Billy doesn't overdo as he starts working. Use some harsh French to make him sit and drink water etc. Healing Well (especially in winter flu season) will save time in the long run, Billy, and keep you happy and Well. 🤒 🌡 The convent won't go anywhere. There seems to be a lot of work going on in multiple rooms at once. Is Sadie’s apartment now no longer being worked on? It would be interesting to hear stats on what you’ve purchased (i.e. # sheets of plaster board, pieces of timber, # bags of plaster, # trips to the tip etc) to get a scale of the project over time

You should put the evaporator (indoor unit) in a wet space like toilet or kitchen. In cooling mode if drain gets blocked it can rain water.

Up your vitamin D intake. My son kept getting sick, told him over n over take Vitamin D.Finally went for blood work and guess what the Dr said….lack of vitamin D. Now he has not been sick in 10 months.

You have so many unused offices on the 3rd floor that the printer could go in permanently... I know it's heavy but you could hire some muscle for two hours to take it up the stairs, or the lift, and be done with it moving it around the convent. AND, it would keep it away from the dirt and dust of the renovations.
