yes that is a Philly trolley. SF ha# collected trolleys from all over the US for their historical trolley line. They also have an NJ transit trolley car. The trolley in question is called a PCC car. It is a design from 1939 when the Presidents Conference Committee, pcc, got together and discussed a common design for streetcars. It became the most produced design in the world. HERE I AM! Whenever I visited San Francisco in my younger years, I was never able to walk past the Ghiradelli building without going in and buying loads of chocolate goodies. Best chocolate manufactured in the USA since 1852.

with all respect,that is not a trolley which gets its power from electricity. It is a cable car which attaches itself to a cable running under the street for forward movement.

what that is in the beginning of the video is the remains from long ago. It is an old railroad transfer bridge. It transferred railroad cars onto barges to go across the bay. It is the tracks that led to the actual bridging mechanism.
