First timer here… but I ran for Cory Hardrict! I don’t like that Cory is being recognized for this awful situation (divorce and having to go through this.) Cory held down Netflix with a lot of movies in the 2010s era, still holding it down with All American and all his other roles! He’s a great actor, he’s a great father, and a wholesome man! It was a great interview. Corey found a safe space and when you create that space for men, we will talk. Corey is an underrated actor who has a phenomenal range. Major motion picture companies need to cast him. I am praying for Corey. He seems humble, passionate about the love for his children, and hungry to work to support them. Corey said one thing that I could really identify with. When faced with a divorce, men rarely get asked the question, "are you okay?". When Corey and Tia divorced, the media and fans embraced Tia, and even created allegations to discredit Corey as a man. Tia gave an absurd lie that she graduated from marriage to divorce. Yet, Corey was silent and left to work his pain alone. I am glad Pivot finally asked a question that not even most of our men ask our brothers. "Are you okay?".
