This is perfect! I’m so happy I found your channel! I’ve been a mechanical monster struggling with freestyle for so long and these videos are SO HELPFUL! I’m finally finding my flow and recommending these to all my dancer friends! Thank you 😘

That's awesome! I'm glad they help you. You should be proud of yourself. Videos alone don't do the job - it takes dedication. Feel free to send me a video, if you feel like it. :*

Very useful. I do headflips naturally. Now I have an excuse to go on doing them everytime I hit the pole. LOL!

Hehe Yep! - As long as they come natural.

Thank you so much for this! Especially the examples of what not to do because that is EXACTLY what I look like. It helps to see what I’m doing wrong and then correct it. Thank you!

You do a wonderful job at breaking down movements, into easy-to-achieve moment-by-moment moves! Small tips like having the knees move in the same direction, 4:44 for hip circles. The combination of your slow movements, voice-over, and copy on the screen is tremendously useful! You help empower someone even if their not watching this while at the pole. Thank you for all of your hard work, and for sharing your expertise!

Since watching your tutorials on head and neck expression, I’ve been bringing more awareness to these areas when dancing. I can say that I no longer experience neck stiffness or soreness in the days following intense sessions! Making this area of my spine more fluid has made me less injury-prone.
@ThePoleDancer6 жыл бұрын
THIS made my day! So happy to hear that it not only improved your expression but also your health and overall well-being.

You are a gem!!!! Another body part that I struggle with is my hands! Especially when I get into a pose or spin where I’m holding them. I feel like I’m extending them, but when I watch video I can see I’m usually bending at my wrists and I think it looks terrible 😆

Oh yeh, my hands do that too sometimes. It's on my list. Thanks!

This is important. Thank you. I got interested in taking pole dancing classes because I wanted to learn pole tricks. However, I've discovered it's more about choreography and dancing. My dance experience is in the club. Lol. I don't have that ballerina style that pole dancing seems to require. Your stiff neck example definitely looks like me... I will be putting your teachings into practice!

I love your videos. :-) These help me a lot because I am a beginner in Pole Dance but I would love to reach a level like yours and the one of my pole dance instructor. I know I have a long way to go but I have the willingness to improve my movements as well as my flexibility. It takes time, but I am truly convinced I will get it! I am from Belgium and I was wondering whether you would give pole dance lessons here in Belgium? Thanks a lot, your videos are so inspiring and they also hlelp me understand the movements.

Hi Christina! It's awesome that you're so passionate and dedicated. I'm from Berlin and I haven't planned any workshops in Belgium. I plan to travel more next year. Do you live close to Brussels? Sometimes I visit friends there. Other than that, you can find me in Berlin. If you're on my email list, or you follow me on Instagram and Facebook, I can let you know when I teach abroad.
