I had been feeling extremely negative for a while now. I was having a severe depression attack for weeks. I couldn't shake it no matter what. To the point I was angry. I have just sent a link to a group of friends. I was listening to the lucid dream track for the last 2 nights and having very vivid dreams, last night I had 2 that turned lucid. I am 56 now and used to have loads when younger but it has become harder as I have gotten older. From the studies I have done related to Binaural Beats and the study of the Hawkins scale, I suggest that in a love frequency the left ear is 639hz and the right ear is 639hz + 7.83hz. This prevents low frequencies from inducing a low resonance frequency. The love chakra is the heart that truly resonates with love. The lighting state above 963hz is also a good metric solution to avoid a low resonance frequency of the physical body. If you can do it that would be great. Grateful

That was interesting. As I eased into this I was seeing clouds from above being shot through with energy pulses that were similar to lightning but seemed to rush through me. It was like seeing all this happening so quickly yet I was aware of each sudden change in these energy pulses ; and they were rapidly moving in every way possible, in every direction, impressed!
