Ok here is the real world. Theravadan monks typically internment fast for their entire monastic life, and most begin that at a very early age. They have one meal per day and it is typically before afternoon. They are mostly skinny for their entire lives. Here is their typical age upon death as best as can be assessed. Keep in mind in addition to internment fasting they do not drink smoke nor engage in drug use. They meditate daily and typically engage in many practices which are know to have positive life extension affects. They often beg for food and transit by foot to their places, where such can be found thus they often exercise daily. Typically they do not drive cars to places. "In summary, while exact figures can vary based on numerous factors including location and individual health practices within the monastic community, it is reasonable to conclude that the average age upon death for Theravadan monks typically falls between 75 to 85 years, reflecting both their dietary habits and lifestyle choices conducive to longevity." Ok before covid the average age upon death for americans was 79 years. We are animals but cannot directly translate animal studies to humans in a complete fashion. Animals have variance and adaptation to food scarcity has unique responses found in humans that are only rarely found in other animals.

This requires a bit of thought so may be difficult. I am showing this to exhibit that animals have different responses to food scarcity which are quite evident. This references food scarcity and reproduction. There is clearly a difference depending upon what animal is chosen by specie for study. " 1. General Overview of Reproductive Strategies Animals exhibit various reproductive strategies that can be broadly categorized into two types: r-strategists and K-strategists. r-strategists tend to produce many offspring with relatively low parental investment. They often thrive in unstable or unpredictable environments where food scarcity may lead to rapid population fluctuations. K-strategists, on the other hand, invest more resources in fewer offspring and are typically found in stable environments. These animals may have more pronounced reproductive suppression during periods of food scarcity." The point is we cannot directly translate other animal study to humans and they can be a starting point for other study which has humans as study source ,but themselves do not offer much but perhaps a beginning confirmation of theory.

I personally throw intermittent fasting into the dust bin of longevity theory with high VO2 max. High VO2 max life extension is another thing which has great non human study to recommend it but in the real not so much. Name me one person over 100 doing HIT or such a strategy which enhances VO2 max, and I can show a thousand who do no such thing. In fact for that age group, to attain that age, they typically do ordinary activity type things like walking long daily at a moderate pace, gardening mowing lanws and such things. That they stay active most of the day, seems the thing not VO2 max enhancing things. Someone go tell Peter Attia who has finally after his fifty years or so of exercising has found much to his surprise working out like a madman day after day is a detriment to function. Yes really he had that as behavior and changed that about a year ago, finding with rest he performed much better. Oh that green stuff he sells, perhaps he does not now I don't know, is a waste of your money. Just some free advice on that. He had or has interest in the company.

There are several types of covid vaccinations. The ones offered by Uk and US source tended to be the RNA types, The ones presented by the rest of the world china russia cuba here and there, tended to be the conventional kind. In america a company now makes a non rna covid vaccine, but due to how our health care pharma system is set up it can be very hard to access without a actual doctors order. Walgreens as example maybe one out of ten may have it, and if you want it you have to register on line as having no preference for vaccine*(oddly enough) to start the process of selection for it. But your experience then may well be you show up and the one pharma you registered at will not have it. If elderly or with significant medical issues it is advisable to have vaccination though I would never consider a rna type
