Hello mo sir. Can u tell us best pre workout for improve running Efforts and easily available anywhere in all countries
@thepsychologist81593 жыл бұрын
As a distance runner myself, my best pre-workouts are: 1. stretching and mobilisation 20 minutes, 2. slow jog to warm up 20 minutes, followed by butt kicks, knee lifts (hop), knee lifts (fast) - you need to charge your body up or else you'll hit a wall within a few kms/miles).

For me, I'm just waiting to see this 'explosive' start of Cheptegei everyone is talking about. According to them (the Cheptegei lovers/Farah haters), 'all' he has to do is make a quick start, stick to his WR pace and he'll be a shoe-in. Which of course begs the question, why haven't all previous WR holders not 'simply' turned up to the Olympics for the 10km and done this? Personally, I'll respect Farah whether he wins the gold or not, or places or not, he's such an inspiration. But it hasn't bothered him in the past running against WR holders, and beating them at their own game (especially at the Olympics). Do these people not understand that experience accounts for a LOT and that it all comes down to what happens on the day? I still remember '84 when Rob de Castella was the favourite for the marathon. He didn't get the gold, he didn't even get a place. Years later he said he over-trained, which caused him to tire towards the end. And it's not as if he was new to the sport, he was already an established marathoner by that time. It just comes down to what happens on the day, and my two favourite sayings re this: "experience beats youth" and "never write off a champion". Oh and finally, I think it will be a tactical race .... unless you're a Cheptegei fan, of which the race will be over almost as soon as it starts, because he'll just smash it out of the blocks and simply run at his WR pace.
