I love reading and watching about big families (we have 7 kids ourselves, which of course is a tiny family compared to yours!). But I especially would like to know about your daily routine when you're NOT off on marvelous holidays. How do you try to make time for each child? Baths and reading stories... homework... chores? How much do you rely on your older kids to help with the younger ones, and how much do you take on yourselves? I'm so eager to hear!

I'm counting down, my son finishes on Wednesday I work in a school and don't finish until Friday. I cannot wait we are going to great yarmouth for a week then swanage for a few days here and there and I hope the hot weather lasts. Beautiful vlog. Katie and Millie are so mature. When i was their age i was far more interested in spending time with my friends and boyfriends than with family. Also Katie is so selfless, the way she was in the pool with the lil ones. You are all one big beautiful family. I love it when sue says she can't wait for the summer hols. Can’t beat a touring holiday! We’ve not long had our tourer and our first weekend away was holgates at silverdale we absolutely love it there and has defo set the bar high when visiting other places! We actually seen you guys the last weekend of June at silverdale but it was a double look like omg is that the radford family 🤣 glad you’re all enjoying it! Defo the best holidays and the ones the kids will always remember!

Summers here in my state go very quickly. I live in Michigan which is surrounded by the Great Lakes so lots of things to do in the summer ( swimming, kayaking, canoeing, BBQ’s, picnics, camping, hiking, county fairs, etc). We have an RV but you HAVE to book in advance or you don’t get in especially anything on water. Love that your able to spend such quality time with your family!

Proctor and stead in craster , Northumberland and near Alnwick ... Get to see dolphins in the sea .. Alnwick is 10 mins away and beautiful walks .. seahouses is 20 mins away and has boat trips ... The cottage in pub has amazing food !

english schools finish so late for the summer. In Ireland primary school finishes at the end of June and secondary finishes at the end of may. I've heard that a lot of British schools have days off next week with the bit weather. I'm sure you guys are looking forward to the summer break!

I cant believe the short holidays kids get in England. In Ireland secondary school kids get their holidays the end of May and Primary school get their holidays the 2nd last week in June and don't go back until the very end of August/ start of Sept.

Have you joined caravan and motorhome club. The CL often are nice and have spaces. We go a lot to Norfolk that is a really nice area to visit in your motorhome, especially near the Norfolk broads. We have found same as you this year, you can't leave it until last minute. Have you thought about van life festival at Stratford-upon-Avon. It really good to see other people's vans and see what people have done.

Is the big pool a large hot tub? It is huge, I am wanting a hot tube, I am an amputee and the hot tub would help release tight muscles! I was always on count down to the end of school, the holidays were amazing, no super early mornings and full days with my children, I would always start finding things to do and places to visit! I really miss those days, my two sons are in their twenties now. My kids loved painting canvases, making miniature gardens, looking at insects then drawing them, those were the best days of my life! My sons asked me to get some bits and pieces as they wanted to make the miniature gardens this summer, my sons couldn’t be more different but still love making things, I don’t think boys mature until their thirties! I love the camper van, I am saving up to buy one, my youngest son is autistic and he wants to go all over the UK then France for holidays, he doesn’t like hotels or B&Bs as he won’t sleep in the beds, I know he would be packing a bag every weekend, we live in Brecon Wales so we live in the most beautiful area, so Harry would be on cloud nine!

My daughter is autistic and we got a motor home because she was more comfortable. Holidays away would be difficult. Not sure what you’d get when you got there. She was so comfortable in our motor home. We travelled all over the uk and France. Best thing we did. We knew it was clean too. Good luck with your plans.x

Our motorhome has 6 seatbelts so only 6 people travel in that and I drive the minibus as for sleeping we have a big double bed up above them another in the kitchen area and a giant double bed at the back we also have a sleeping Anex in the awning

What does a year schedule for school look like for your country? US has a couple months off during the summer usually June July and part of may and august are off for kids in the US

The school year begins usually on September 4th ,it’s the Autumn term , at about six weeks into the term,there’s a half term holiday for a week. It’s usually during Halloween.The Autumn term ends between 19-21st December. The Spring term start dates varies but usually it’s about 6th of January,with a half term holiday of a week in the middle of February. The Easter holiday depends on whether it’s early or later in ?March /April but the holiday is very nearly 3 weeks?. There’s an extra day off for May Day (1st May) Summer term begins on the first day back at school after the Easter holiday,with a week off in June. The school year finishes about 19th -21st July. The summer holiday is for six weeks The average school day is from 9 -3:15/30 with a short break in the morning,an hour for lunch.
