Ever heard of lottery winners who find themselves broke five years later? It's one thing to inherit; it's quite another to hang onto the money, spend wisely, and invest which is what Dave was pointing out.

The corruption that runs through this administration is getting scarier. I feel for the disabilities who are not getting the help they deserve. Anyone who is not investing now is missing a tremendous opportunity. Imagine investing $2,000 and receiving $10,020.

I just hate Dave's exaggerated view of investment. Invest in the stock market, get 10% and double your investment in 7 years. How about the usual don turns every couple of years? Return of 10% completely over inflated. Stop telling us something which is utter false.
@njvalueinvestor2 ай бұрын
DJIA has a total GROSS return of 10.2 to 10.7%. S&P 500 174% over 10 years. Modeling 10% is aggressive, but accurate. I prefer 8 - 10%, gross. There are market variances.

I never got less than 10% in the past 15 years. A few years ago I got 26% and right now I'm up 18% for the year following his plan with the four types of mutual funds with a 20 year or more track record of 10% or more. His advice really does work.
