With regards the eligibility requirements for IPO the module states that if the issuer has average operating profit of 15cr or more during 3 preceding PYs (12M each) with operating profits in each of these years then it shall be allowed. However you said that in out of any 5 PPYs if you have avg operating profits of 15Cr in 3 then eligible. Is there something i am missing?

-> if promoters contribution is used for a purpose "other than capex" (ie; capital expenditure) then Minimum contribution (ie; 20% of post issue capital) is held for a lock in period of 18 months. Excess contribution (ie; contribution over 20% of post issue capital) is held for lock in period of 6 months. -> if promoters contribution is used for CAPEX Min cont - 3yrs Excess - 1yr this is wht i understood hope this helps
