I liked the last maple trees you showed as second😊

Just noticed a couple of maples planted in a vacant lot now turned into a beautiful garden. A neighbour bought the land and extended his garden. I briefly saw the garden a few years back and it was spectacular. Must have cost a lot to plant 10 or 12 ft trees. Can see the trees from our back door now they are taller. Various other interesting trees and shrubs in that space. So surprised they didn't build a house in the lot instead of a garden.

Dennus, please consider returning in the fall to show us that spectacular garden then. I can't believe no admission. Breathtaking😊😊😊

Finally getting to watch this walk on my phone as I watched it in full on a borrowed tablet the other night. The lady singing (prayers?) at the start and the water features are very relaxing. Little walkway to across the pond is cute.

A bit more peaceful than CHOP
@rubberneck28554 жыл бұрын
Most places are more peaceful than CHOP (thankfully). When squatters or anarchists take over a space, they wreck it and leave it a chaotic, trash filled mess. If I had to live temporary in an abandoned space I'd clean it (even if only the part I slept in) and not damage it. It's all about respect: personal respect and respect for others.

Little rock pool and waterfall at 30mins 40 sec is a real gem

That park is so beautiful. Getting there early obviously good idea. In England the hills are very busy whereas up in the remote areas of Scotland you could walk for days and not see another human being.

Hope to revisit the Korean War Memorial, West Lothian, Scotland. It isn't very big but is Korean themed. Important to remember lives lost in what is often referred to here as "the forgotten war". Probably still locked down so access might be "informal" as in "climb the gate".
