I'm here because my young friend of 14 (i'm 46) is in a crisis and her father voiced his concern to me about what she was listening to. I'm now blown away by s and not in the slightest concerned. I am an artist and I've created a whole exhibition about addiction from a friend's point of view. It is rough too. I've also had a Christian ask me why I don't paint about heaven, and I asked why I should. I too have had amazing response from the people who need my exhibition. That keeps me going. ❤

Outcast helps me deal with being so different from the majority of people that I felt like I had no place anywhere and the only way to have a place somewhere would be to change into something that Im not only not, but completely don't understand.

I introduced my daughter to NF music when she started middle school. She latched on immediately and his music has been in every playlist since. I know there are things that she will hold in even though she knows she can talk to me about anything. His music kinda of gives her that "I'm not alone in this feeling".

I drove from Fall River MA to Canton OH in in 10 hours. NY to Connecticut isn't that far lol... I saw NF in Columbus Ohio in 2023 and was a 2.5 hour drive both ways. If you enjoy him you'll make the trip.

This is genuinely turning into one of my favourite channels due to the content and your reactions. I’d like to recommend “Poet and the Pendulum” live at Wembley by Nightwish. It is not the normal song people start with when it comes to Nightwish, however it is the song that suits this channel the most as it deals with depression and struggle. It was written by Nightwish’s song writer the keyboardist Tuomas during the hardest time in the bands history and he basically ended his life in the song to stop himself doing it in real life, however the new song finishes positively with a new beginning. It is one of the best written pieces of music you will come across and is broken into Acts. I won’t say more about it. Nightwish hold the record for most reacted song in KZbin history with “Ghost Love Score” (normally what people start their Nightwish journey with. However, as previously mentioned, “Poet” suits this channel perfectly, especially if the research is done on the songs meaning beforehand.

I identify so much with this song. My music creation is my therapy. Unfortunately those close to you sometimes don’t get it, they just say: you wasting your time” but they don’t realize this is “ therapy for me” as I also deal with anxiety and depression although they see me smile everyday. This song, and Outcast are the songs that got me into NF, and have helped me get through some times that were pitch black without light anywhere. P.S. I know pitch black means no light. I added the last part to head off people saying "light at the end of the tunnel". NF has contributed to me still being on this planet. His music, Linkin Part, Papa Roach, and others have helped me get through.
