yea. mostly following the spiral in wich the fibonachy sequence can be depicted. it's for practical reasons. with plants and shells. it's about leaves not overlapping too much and about an effective way of building a structure. in galaxiees, I suppose, it's physics. like fractals, it's one of those things that make you feel like you can see the basic priciples of our universe. I love shit like this. I can't bring myself to believe in any creation deity, but basic patterns that can be found throughout the whole universe, that seem to be the core of what is.... hell yea. that shit makes me feel connected to space time itself.

thank you friend. I'm sorry that's your experience at your psych appointment. Unfortunately that's the experience many people have. We also have a peer mentorship program if you're interested :) Sending love!
