Therapy At Home

Day 4 of social distancing means NO school No therapy and very limited social interactions with family. So now that means us as parents are acting as teachers and therapists. I have been buying things over the course of last week to make this transition easy and more importantly fun for Ella . Today we worked on her reading skills and fine motor skills by playing Operation ! It was a huge success and I am so proud of how far Ella has come. This is our time to incorporate all of the skills I have learned over the last 3 years in parent trainings to ensure we don't miss a beat when it comes to Ella's progress.

Hi Ella! That is SO wonderful that you are getting a chance to play games with your mom and dad! That is super fun to spend time with the ones you love. I bet Grandma would like to play your Operation game, too, because it was even around when she was a little girl!!! So now I wonder if you are thinking about being an Astronaut and a Surgeon that will perform operations. Maybe operate on Astronauts that need surgery! I would love that for you!!! Aww happy anniversary!! Sending blessings from VA. I love Jennifer. Blast!!! I can’t believe I missed her concert. I’m totally gonna go watch after I watch urs. This social Distancing ain’t working and if one person has it then 10 people have it in those 10 people go to 100 those hundred people go to thousands wake up America. I’m still ticked our Restaurant is open serving food with people coughing I have been wearing gloves and I don’t care what anybody thinks I’ve got two baby boys at home. Not baby. But my sons are very important and I will totally take every Per caution I can.
