Dude has been quietly building a killer team for a while now. Got overshadowed with the whole Brady run but that doesn't happen if the team wasn't already solid. And he's already made another playoff-ready team after Brady left? Yeah he deserves a TON of respect as a GM

I'll admit, I wanted John Lynch to be our GM at first... But JL has done a great job helping our team get where we are... To me, the best decision he's made was moving on from Jameis Winston... Because if we hadn't, we probably wouldn't of got the goat TB12, and wouldn't of got our second Superbowl win... JL is a down to earth, honest, and humble man... And we can stand proud, knowing we have one of the best GM's in this league... GO BUCS! 🚩🏴‍☠️🚩

As a Bucs fan, on thing I love about JL is how we treat our players. They’re not just commodities but people. He’s always fair and appreciative which makes you extra proud. For example, Tampa would never have burned Baker like the Browns did.
