If you are just a hardworking and resourceful person like Jane and Adam, you will have enough fresh fruits and vegetables for consumption. You can save a lot of money. I missed my childhood life living in the farm with everything was fresh and beautiful - from eggs to fish (fishponds), all kinds of fruits and vegetables, and fresh air. This may be superficial, but I’m gonna comment that Adam is surrounded by stunning ladies. Jane, Isabella, their elegant looking cat, & now their new friend, the Atty. I know she must be intelligent & wise, obviously civic minded which is very cool. But as I noted b4 in prior video, I luv her style (lipstick shade & hairstyle @ awards ceremony & …her dimples!) I used to want to go blonde in my youth so bad, but my hairstylists always talked me out if it, said it would be too damaging as my hair was so dark. But I should’ve searched until I found a willing stylist! Never say never but now I try to stay on a beauty budget & can’t justify the price! Happy July J/A/I fam

Thank you Paul. Jane is getting better mostly but still has problems with bloating etc. we figured it’s mostly diet but even when eliminating things she still can bloat. It may be fibromyalgia or similar. Her doctor did a blood pressure check and it was ok. It’s possible our 2 machines are badly inaccurate. We think diet, stress and relaxation techniques along with plenty of rest will help 😊
