my wife cooks only healthy foods once i got here to the philippines she has also inspired me to take more better care of myself, i am slowly getting back into the healthy lifestyle.. i use to be in great shape.. the foods back in the usa dont seem to taste the same here in the philippines.. i can tell a difference especially in the meats and vegetables..

I completely agree my friend. My wife encourages me and it helps! Sometimes I crave and we eat badly but more and more it’s getting easier to eat delicious, healthy foods. You can’t beat the Philippines for raw, organic foods 😊

How did you fare from the typhoon, I hear there was flooding close to ware you live

We were perfectly fine my friend. We saw flooding in the city and surrounding areas but we built on an elevated lot with no flood history. Ormoc once flooded badly and we feel for everyone affected. Building in the Philippines isn’t easy.

@@kuzinit2374 it does get bad with the rain but you are most likely right my friend. Just terrible seeing people affected. We always try to help but don’t always show it. We just helped a community where 63 families totally lost their homes due to fire. It touched us how strong they are and still happy. We will be sharing this experience soon to show just how people here came together to help 😊

Hi Adam and Jane I've visit acouple of times traveling around the Philippines since 2019 I will be there again in October can you tell me what I will need to open a bank account as I'm starting to get ready to move their in the next couple of years and also is it hard to get my Filipino girl friend a visa to visit the UK and advice would be appreciated thanks Carl

Hi Carl. Have a great trip and safe journey. The visa I couldn’t say as Jane and I met in the UK. She is a dual citizen. Opening a bank account is difficult for a foreigner. We will probably best answer this during a vlog as the process needs full explanation 😊
