I wish you strengh and confidence and all the best. I was able to fight an Autoimmune disease back with the WimHof method and could live without medication . Now due to stress it unfortunately came back, eventho i did the breathing and showers everyday. Im not giving up. Jetzt erst recht! Keep on breathing, keep on fighting - keep going ... immer weiter! I believe so! It’s for everyone! The breathwork helps clear the mind so when you do it you might experience crying. It’s clearing out that old energy. The cold plunge helps you manage stress. The cold teaches you how to calm down in stressful situations. It’s helped me a ton!
