Are we breathing in through the nose or mouth? Does this make a difference?

I find it hard to follow the animation because the inhaling/exhaling sounds don't match the tempo and the voice over telling me to breathe in and out, it's just confusing and a bit frustrating. Just a constructive criticism, this could be improved in a future video.

I love taking cold showers but just cant do it in mornings at winter as i sometimes work outside (its sometimes more than -30° outside) but i love taking ice baths and do sauna. Also what do you think about sauna?

It's magical. First time back here in a couple of months, I forgot the elation. Got an exam tomorrow and this makes me feel okay, so know that tomorrow you'll feel okay too. If your underactive thyroid has been an issue I empathise, I hope and believe that adding this breathing routine into your life will bring you some comfort. In the words of Wim hof, all the love and all the power ❤

Ще до війни користувався практиками Віма Хофа, але тоді було відео тільки із рос озвучкою. Я вже хотів самостійно зробити озвучку українською мовою. Яке ж було моє здивування коли я просто знайшов вже існуючий варіант українською. Це просто супер! Я знову повертаюсь до дихальних практик.

Whi says the breathing method can help with the push up so i try it.. I usually can do 20 push ups in a row, and 30 is my max if i push it... Edit: Easily hit 30, but my hand are tired so i slow it down and get 40

Great video. Now I have no other option than to ACCEPT all my manifestations are coming in hot finally, as I was sick for a week🤣🤣🤣 It could be a lil crazy all blowing up at once, considering what all I’ve been impressing and there was such a ✨silence✨. I know some coaches teach “transition period” (some of them not anymore), it’s a construct, but you can label those unwanted circumstances as beneficial because they get you to your desired outcome. As for me, I don’t need those constructs, even if having something along the way that I don’t necessarily enjoy, I try to focus on the goal anyway. Or just focusing on making myself as much okay as I can WITH those circumstances, thinking of them as cleansing 🧼 feels somewhat positive.

I find the limited amount that I've been able to do - brief cold showers and daily breathing makes you more robust at dealing with cold and hot temperatures, which previously degraded my well-being and performance badly.

I do this every morning, laid flat on my bed, straight after coming out of the ice bath. I leave the window open, and I can hear the birds chirping in the background. It's 11 minutes of pure relaxation that I absolutely love. It's helped me enormously through a stressful period in life. Thank you Wim.

Excellent video. Been doing the breathing and cold showers for years. I'm sure it helps me at almost 61 and with various aches and pains and gym injuries. In fact sometimes I fall asleep whilst doing the breathing exercises. Wish I could find somewhere to try an Ice bathin London. I live in a high rise without a garden so can't make a homemade one
