Deborah are young white liberals/leftists The Landlord is Federal/State legislature/executive branch Rhinos are the police state The Penguin is apoliticals The Elephants is opportunists/corpos who benefit from crisis/cause it themselves for a quick buck (think oil execs when climate change) The Cat is doomer zoomers who pretend not to care and put on blinders as long as the crisis doesn't affect the thing that they (gasp) actually do care about The Bull is working class minority groups that white liberals seek to help/claim to help the most, but with whom they have a major gap in communications/understanding with The Turtle is intellectuals that have a lot of knowledge on the subject, but no wisdom/political know-how to get things done in reality The Flamingo is those who know, care, and want to help with the crisis, but focus on educating others more than pushing for solutions. It's a good role, but sometimes their help is needed elsewhere The Sauna is a "third place" where all these groups can have a seat at the table and have their fears and problems addressed, as well as an opportunity to bring unique skills and knowledge to the table. Ultimately, they come to an accord, but even their unanimous voices aren't enough to sway the elite "leaders". The only thing that finally enacts change against catastrophe is them ousting the corrupt, apathetic leadership and taking the solution into their own hands.

If it was a company it would be the owner eating at a fancy restaurant or in his mansion while the people doing the actual work had trailer parks and barely enough to buy one meal a day, which is fine for privately owned businesses if they want to be human garbage within the limits of the laws as they at the very least are taking personal financial risk if they mess up, but should not be fine for publicly owned corporations as it should be more in favor of all actual workers as opposed to CEO who can lose a company millions and also still not be fired.

I asked the landlord for my apartment to put fire alarms in my home- which should have already been there. In the same message, I also asked them to fix the outlets. Luckily for me, they came in and fixed nearly half of the outlets, and they even told us they added fire alarms in an email! (They didn’t)

Fire inspectors are bribed by landlords regularly to falsify documents and ignore severe structural issues and fire hazards.... I hope its different where you live!
