Nice one changy, I’ve done loads of houses before where it isn’t a full block for the bearing of lintol and then went on a site and they picked us up on it 🤯 it’s a bastard when it doesn’t work to bond and it looks utter wank 🤣🤣 id rather keep the bond, but NHBC knows best 🤷‍♂️

@@bullyb6182 I know mate it makes me laugh all these houses that have been built over the years that are probably not upto nhbc standards but a good standard at that point. And they’re still standing strong. It must mean all the house built are wrong then 🤣🤣 as said I’ve put lintols on half block with the correct bearing and they’ve been ok 🤷‍♂️ having a block on block with a big fuck of straight joint is worse 🤔

Find most times the concrete blocks range from 95-97mm wide at times. Then your bricks should be 102.5mm.
