Not only would there be some serious loyalty issues afterwards among the normandy crew due to murdering a good friend in cold blood like that, showing that all of Shepards talks of brotherhood and camaraderie means jack shit, but when the sabotaged genophage cure gets found out once the reapers are defeated, and it most certainly will, the krogan are going to slaughter anything that moves. Thankfully Wrex is there to calm-- oh shit wait, Shepard murdered him in cold blood. True, due to the genophage they can't reproduce by millions in a week, but they are still going to be a *serious* problem for the galaxy afterwards.

Mass Effect 3 got an ESRB rating of "M for mature". Means they could've gotten away with dropping a couple more F bombs. I think Zaeed and Jack are the only ones that consistently curse, but Shepard should vent a couple too.
