This talk is about how we select our romantic partners and how there is always a pattern to it. The purpose of this talk is to understand our attachment patterns and learn to redefine love in our life. Praneet Kaur is a trauma focused therapist and primarily deals with relationship issues and sexual abuse trauma recovery cases. She practices Trauma Informed Therapy, Internal Family System and Inner Child Healing as her core approaches. She holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and has been practicing for 3 + years now. She is the founder of Pour The Heart out which is an online platform for individual and group therapy. familiarity with trauma doesn't just affect relationships, it extends to friendships. often you attract toxicity in friends as well
