3:15 100% TRUE. My first agency I grew the most because ALL the mistakes I made, but I wanted to bad to be impressive I took task I shouldn't have instead of saying, IDK but I'll figure it out. I said IDK in my head then wasted the day "figuring it out" and when it wasn't what my Studio Manager wanted there was HEAT.
