Be honest, you either are asking far more then anyone is willing to pay or you like to collect iron oxide.

Realistic solution: A) Choose 3 projects and focus on them in your remaining years. B) Sell, scrap or junk every remaining piece of metal on the property. C) Enjoy your life. D) Take care of your health. E) Enjoy your retirement. Gasoline will be expensive and limited in a decade.

what a wonderful junkyard to tour through! it is filled with dozens of vehicles that many people would pay top money to have a chance of owning one for a rebuild or project car. too bad the owner seems to think he has the time and funds and manpower to restore most if not all of them, "when he gets around to it." as you travel through life you will run into people like him, all talk and zero action. he should let chad buy anything he wants and then watch and see what happens next. chad would jump at that chance and turn some of these rusty hulks into showpieces instead of dishing out truckloads of bull doo-doo. hi jolene, great camera work as usual. glad that no critters jumped out of the bushes at you in that yard!

Field of dreams right there. Was a guy here that had over 150 cars from early 40s through to late 70s wouldn't sell a thing and when he passed the family used them as land fill some of those cars are worth in excess of $200k now when restored, the worse one would have taken about 50G to restore it today, seen that sort of thing happen twice in my life such a pitty

With much respect and admiration to him for his car collection, he has more projects than time to complete just a portion of them. Hard decisions need made about what builds are important and how to sell off the remaining ones to other car enthusiast. Obviously these cars will rot setting in the ground and break apart when moved. Regardless, cool stuff. I’d want the Cadillac funeral truck.

Probably one of the best episodes to date watching Chad process in all it's natural glory and even though we couldn't see Jolene you could tell by her voice that it was like watching a little kid in a candy store. Seeing Chad quite was just a classic in itself as he was overwhelmed with the beauty and just taking in all the goodness. Not being an a-hole but the host, dreamer, big mouth just spoiled it as knowledge was good but talked like he was 20 years old with a crackers up his ass- we call these people wankers in Australia and although you need a dream it is also a vision and strength as I believe his talk is just talk and it's cheap- although if Chad and Jolene had a crew with the same set vision I could actually maybe believe it. Excellent work Chad & Jo

I noticed how Chad was looking at the cars but asking about parts more and the comments that got from the other guys, like they were priming him to ask about a car, if he would sale this or that. Chad wasn't having any part of that. If that is going to happen it isn't going to happen on camera.
