Lived in Miramar in the same county, as well as Hialeah, South Miami, Miami Lakes, and Cutler Bay in my moving around South Florida. I had a few family & Friends in Plantation so I know of the places you went to! Retired north this past year after living in South Florida for most of my life! I'm glad you made it down to SOFLA. a family friend owned a few hotels BEFORE South Beach became the place to go to in the '90s! If you check my Facebook page I took a few pictures right before I moved of the Main Library & Cultural center too!

The scene where Ben Stillers character is in NYC, and the camera pans out of the window to the snowy street and the band is doing a song. That was filmed right in front of New World School of the Arts highschool in Downtown Miami. There's a building right across the street from the school. Thats where it was filmed. I only know this because I was at school when they were filming :-)

You are incorrect about Mary’s house...when she was in high school...the house is in plantation about 1/2 mile from city hall..I know because I grew up a few blocks away and it is a well known house that is still there today...it was a big story in plantation back then...they filmed at the city hall for the school that is right...and her childhood home was also in the same city :) great vlog!

A comedy classic. Keith David and Lee Evans deserve a massive shout out, Keith because of the zip scene and Lee because of the crutches, dropping his key's scene "my favourite scene", saw Lee live on tour a couple of times before he retired from stand-up comedy, one of the best of British comedians, he always referred to hating pizza delivery guys on stage.

@@TampaJay this movie is actually my first 📀 dvd i ever bought from Wal-Mart back in 98. It was something i never seen before, i don't know why i bought it instead of the VHS. We never had a dvd player until 5 months later. It was sitting the self for a long time and finally watched it. 😂 sadly, this is the beginning of the end of VHS videos and so the next 5 years, all of them were slowly gone. 🙂 it is amazing how things change just like that.
