Wouldn't all the chemicals be just as bad for the environment? Also the price to buy the cleaning products and service would be just as expensive maybe. Cool part about reusing is maybe u get something unique or less common that everyone else is buying off the shelves.

Plus there are no doubt other considerations to the environmental impact of the manufacturing process too - what dyes and chemicals they use, how much electricity is used by the machines that make the rugs, etc.

My husband and I enjoy the rug cleaning more than you could know. I am 71 and he is 75 and this is great fun. I like Dirt Reynolds and R2 Clean2. I like your sense of humor. Absolutely fabulous!!! I’m late watching, my apologies. You’re spot on with the wool washing. We’ve raised sheep for almost 3 centuries now on our Estate and it takes bloody forever to clean the wool to prepare it for sale! We always wanted to help as wee ones, it was fun. Something about rugs with tigers on them, they always seem to be some of the most satisfying cleans. It could be that I graduated from LSU and I love my Tigers, but whatever the reason they always seem to be my favorites. And the explanations are just icing on the cake. Im probably the oddball here, but these videos dont bring me sleep, but focus. The visuals and sounds just tickle my brain that i feel like i have to keep watching, and whatever it is im doing, i have a lot more attention towards. So, thank you for the great content! My only question is, where on earth do you get these rugs from? They come in all varieties of dirt levels that i can't help but wonder if these came from past flood areas or landslides or abandoned building? It fascinates me 😅

Ah, wonderful video, as always. Always wondered what you could do to avoid scrubbing the blue stuff out of the carpet. Thought you could scrub it from the sides and bottom up into the carpet and then out again, but your method works too. I found this fascinating to watch. It was pitch black, no way to see any of the rug. When you were done, it was absolutely beautiful. I would be proud to have it in my home. It will be loved by both children and adults. It's fascinating to watch your cleaning process. It is so labor intensive. I'd think it would leave your arms and back aching. Everything about this clean was magnificent!! Loved the answers to the biggest questions you get, and the explanations of each machine/detergent used. I'm a brand new subsciber at only 10 minutes in, but so far this is 100% the most satisfying thing I've ever watched, and I'm an avid pimple popping fan (I'm subbed to all the Vietnamese spas, please don't tell my boss 🤣). Honestly wish there was a new video daily (obviously I know this isn't possible). I love watching them when I get 5 minutes to myself just for some calm 😌 already can't wait for todays
