I really wonder where HOA's think their food comes from. I had a great uncle that worked for a dairy in the 1960s. A farm near the one he worked on was sold. Developers build expensive (for that time) homes on the land. It didn't take long for a group of owner to decide that the smell from the dairies was offensive and wanted them to be made to move. Petitioned the county zoning board to make the dairies move. They were doing well, until their spokeswoman (college graduate) uttered the words " we don't need dairies, everyone knows that you go to the grocery store to get milk."

Yea I never understand that either everytime I hear a story about someone trying to shut down a farm, whether it be something like this or something on the news if it's happening near where I live. I just think to myself how unbelievably stupid these ppl are over perceived possible profit from the land. You can't spend money if ur dead & u can't live without eating & in a world with a food shortage ur actively trying to shut down the places where the food is grown or raised. It's like they think the food they buy at the grocery store is just magically refilled on the shelves & in the coolers/freezers overnight. Also just the audacity of thinking u have the right to land that has been in someone's family for generations & has long since been paid for is outrageous

1st story: That smug HOA president is an eyesore himself! Without farmers there wouldn't be any milk, produce or meat on the table or even the grocery stores either! What the farmers should do, is get together, buy up ALL of the HOAs, fire those "karen & ken" presidents & make them all work on farms! Believe me, farmers ARE the backbone of America!😊

You gotta love new management. They don't take the time to learn how things work. Then proceed to alienate the ones that make things work. Then they are clueless as to why things don't work any more. Often times it turns out they're not the sharpest tool in the shed.

First story annexation and compulsory purchasing aren't neighborhood things they are government and the HOA isn't the government. Also don't forget there is the matter of 3miles between the HOA and the farm. Who controls areas that more than once real city, town at least in the US has been told they can't annex property even a quarter mile outside their limits without other city property involved

Last: Many organisations have a surplus of managers and a shortage of workers. From these Reddit stories, I gather that every time the org does well, they hire a new set of managers and every time they go thru a bad patch, the costliest workers (= most experienced) are let go. After all, a manager cannot put a shiv in a fellow manager, can he? (Sarcasm)

As to the first story those attempted land grabs should be ilegal and instead of suing the h o a op should sue the horrible obnoxious a hole personally. As to the second story that bully got what he deserved. As to the third story that greedy cheepskate landlord screwed himself. Instead of fixing the issue he lost a much larger amount. As to the last story that egotistical boss got his overinflated ego deflated.

One thing I find extremely disturbing about HOAs and farmers is apparently these hoa's do not seem to understand nor grasp where the hell food comes from apparently they think it must come from an elephant's ass and it just s**** out whatever the hell food you need to go to the grocery store and it's already packaged nice and neat clean little packages and I already to go on the shelves! Then they get all pissy when they can't find something they want like it's the managers fault of the store who was getting the food from that farm they destroyed and he or she cannot get any more because of there is no Farm locally anymore within reason to order it at a reasonable price because once you destroy one Farm in the area you have to pay more to ship it in and you destroy that form with another HOA or guess what! You have to seek means even further out and look another HOA wants to destroy that farm too and so on and so forth until the point it gets to there's no more Farms now what are you eat I know let's all eat grass clippings! Oh we can't do that either because the hoa's won't let the grass grow tall enough to harvest damn mother f*** there too

The fact that it costs money when you receive a text or picture message is something I don't understand about the way the US system works. In Australia, the person sending the message pays 100% of the cost (and its always been that way). Same with calls, for normal calls to normal phones, the person making the call is the one who pays for it, the recipient doesn't pay at all. (and that's also how it has always been).

On the story aboutthe Smartphone guy... I am assuming he was a teen when he got his phone?? Well, I need to CLEAR somethings UP that are being READ as very much NOT the correct amounts being SAID CLEARLY in the CORRECT WORDING ON THE AMOUNTS BEING CHARGED PER MINUTE IS NOT $0;10 (zero point 1 dollar per minute) the CORRECT amount Should be read CORRECTLY as ten CENTS per MINUTE; and $0.25 is NOT zero point 25 DOLLARS--Correctly stated is 25 CENTS or 1 quarter.That is if the place the OP lives antory d goes to school is In the USA Or a country or territory Ruled and overseen as a country or territorybeing assisted and supported by the USA.

I'm 33 and still into pokemon. Just found out that a few of my old nintendo games are worth a few hundred. Since I kept the original boxes with all the manuals and inserts packed away. So they are in excellent condition. I just put some up on ebay. Hopefully I can sell them. Money issues and all that.....life as an adult... lol

I understand different states have different laws about HOA's (assuming this was states), but yes this story is pretty unbelievable. There have been several stories on this channel recently, all with the same undertone, and a couple with the same names lol. Sounds like somebody re-writing stories for clicks.

Extracted the revenge Would have been an awesome court case if it went that far And he demanded to be given back his collection that was honestly sold and bought However hearing about that Ahole and. If he found out who bought his collection. Came here to say the same thing. Most of the "stories" here are just that. So are about theiving neighbors and thieving HOA's, and many of them claim people carry their "documents" proving ownership with them everywhere. I don't know anyone who carries their deeds with them. It's just AI or something similar. I keep listening for entertainment only. I don't believe most of these stories.
