I'm turning 30 this year and let me tell you how refreshing it feels to let go of relationships (platonic and romantic) from my late teens to early 20s. Just like Tiffany described, I was showing people the version of me that allowed them to take advantage or treat me some type of way. After breaking off those relationships I did feel lonely. I took time to reevaluate my life and what it is that I want from it including WHO I want in it. Now I vow to live each day as my authentic self and I'm attracting a different crowd that is more aligned with my mindset and lifestyle. I mean it's still a work in progress don't get me wrong but this video was such a great reminder to keep pushing.

Wow! I’m not sure how is it fully your words mirrors my very thoughts and things I am going through with SELF in this present moment. This is sheer alignment of manifestation for me. And I’m so grateful right now. I’m in tears because I am on this exact journey rn and I know and feel without a doubt this is the path I need to be on. When you mention of this one life we have, and in essence to living it fully and making it great, this resonates with me in my recent moments of self reflection and isolation during my meditated time. While in that moment, I said out loud “YOLO.!” One almost has to become SELFish with self in order to be SELFless. The very things/people/family that you think or thought was/is for you would surprise you in that if they remain and/or release themselves from your space you will know what no longer serves you. I’d say don’t be afraid of going through the phases of loneliness because it is there that you will begin to find peace in your aloneness. In your aloneness your people will show up, the frequency and energy will align. You will discern and you will know. The journey is going to be hard at first, trust you will have moments of despair and tears will be shed. You will begin to find clarity and know self-WORTH. You will fulfill your dreams, your purpose, your gifts etc. Your people who genuinely care for you, will stand with you and be there for you. And there you will find you in new spaces with your people/tribe. To everyone of you, be bless and all the best on your journey. Tiffany, thank you so much. I've been thinking about this for quite some time and I agree that while I may already have friends I know I really need some new friends as a full grown woman. Either I've outgrown my childhood friends or they have outgrown me....I just want to find my tribe to see the reflection of my growth.

This really hit home and is how I’ve been feeling all of my life. I really don’t fit in with alot of people at all. I’ve always had a handful of friends in my life and some times even our paths don’t always mix. Would love to meet new friends who get it and can relate on a deeper level. ❤

Ive spent some time alone and also feeling lonely. I find myself trying to feel the loneliness instead of vilifying it or suppressing it. But theres power in loneliness. I thought to myself if this is the worst I can feel when people don’t accept me or not have people physically around me then I am not as scared to be judged by people who think I’m weird or I don’t fit in with them. I always enjoy finding people who express their authenticity online or in-person.

Isolation at first was so bad and I cried to GOD for it stop. Eventually he let go back to my family who in turned began to drain me more. Until finally I couldn’t take anymore. Back to solitary I go except I’m happy to be here, I’m free here. Now I’m grow leaps and bonds my vision is clear and my tribe is growing❤

18:59 Now it all makes sense. I was that person who others thought was doing too much. I was former people pleaser but I also love celebrating others wins when I know they deserve it. But after a few months these same people start acting shady, passive aggressive toward me. Then I’m sitting there baffled at what did I do? Why did their energy shift to be so toxic? It was never me, it was them. They were not used to genuine person in their corner so sabotage it was the only thing they knew. At this moment in in an isolated phase after cutting off the last toxic person in my life. Even getting punished because I do not sharing my personal life at work but this gives me time to listen to my own voice. I needed to hear this. Thank you! 🫶🏾

Its amazing that out of this world of billions of people, people have trouble finding people that click with them. I ran a meet up group that was popular in my city. Over 3000 members. However, over 15 years I made a lot of acquaintances, and not many friends. I even experienced many frenemies. They wanted what I could give them, and treated me like crap. Fake. I am so relieved not to do that any more. I can breath again. Love going out, love meeting people, but I also love time to myself. I treasure real friendships. They are rare gems. yes… rare gems! a lot of people have been through a lot of things… and unfortunately, most don’t do the work or even know how to begin to unpack + heal that trauma. it makes it really hard to form healthy bonds from that space. I just pray that some of the things I share can help people to start taking the reigns on what they actually can control to heal + live the lives they desire… thank you for watching 🙏🏾
