I wouldn’t say it’s terrible but I feel like there’s ups and downs. I remember I had an amazing boss however what changed for me was that I unfortunately was struck by a car on my way home from work by a gentleman who was speeding and I literally broke a bone in my foot (can’t remember the actual term but it’s the bone that’s in the arch of your foot) I couldn’t walk without crutches and I had a boot. Well she thought I should be at work the day after I got out the hospital! And then while I was on medical leave she was holding my job over me wanting to fire me because I physically couldn’t come back to work because I wasn’t medically cleared too. I had to quit because while she did a lot for me when I was at my lowest she wasn’t understanding at all and treated me as I was disposable when I was a great, hardworking employee! Sad.

Women bosses are often micromanagers whereas male bosses only care about the overall job being done. Also, the majority of my coworkers are women and they are ALWAYS gossiping about each other and starting rumors.

You cannot say that a male or female boss will be better because how would you know? Everyone is different Also I think possibly a reason that there are aggressive/ insecure women who are bosses is because they had to compete with so many people, likely many men, to make it to their spot. Some of these people didn’t want them in a high position. It is unlikely for them to make it, so now this is the only way they know how to work in the hierarchy; they’re also likely afraid subconsciously that their position will be taken, and they’ll do anything to prevent that.

I think when it comes to the idea of old school/ traditional ways of doing thing... we are such in a different time where it is possible as well as welcomed for new traditions to happen or be done... so if a woman wants to propose to her man it o Isn’t frowned down upon or looked at as a bad thing... if you and your man have that conversation and he doesn’t care who does it but he knows he wants to be with you just as much as you want to be with him then go for it...

I have worked for my current boss a woman for 8years she's a cancer meaning very emotional and I on the other hand a virgo is sensitive we balance each other. She's good as she's open to questions and feedback 😊

I've had two female managers and one male. The liked one female but she had a temper. The other female I really could not stand and left that job because of her and the one male.....amazing. straight forward. If I need to miss work I can tell him straight up that I am tired or have something personal to do and he will be like ok can you sleep in tomorrow I'm short today and he will put out sick on my schedule so I'm paid for the day. The women...no come in and die and you will be put absent and not paid with them even if you were sick.

I’m glad that times are changing and women are starting to be more and more accepted to take opportunities that have been male dominated. That is all good if it works for YOU. But some women are more feminine and prefer to live out their lives that way and that’s not bad either that’s who they are and how they feel. Same goes for marriage. Little girls should be shown both in my opinion.

I know the ladies on the real has to empower woman cause they will get backlash after.. but TRULY speaking, i work with different woman supervisors everyday and 99% of them are the worst.. if they see you are pretty or someone liked your way of working etc, they will automatically hate you.. ive learned that to work with a lady, you have to reduce your potential and empower them and thats suck.. thats real life! I’ve had horrible female bosses. I prefer male bosses. The female bosses I had. I lost my job a few times and the jealousy and emotion. Nobody liked my old female boss… they hated going to her for payroll or anything else and I could see why she was married for only 2 months. Women sometimes in the workplace are too much! Some women they don’t know how to be logical. I’ve have some really insecure mean female bosses. One time she stayed on my ass when I arrived 15 minutes late and I hate tardiness was always early, hours early. She complained when I was early and she complained that one time I was late when I left early but it was really horrible traffics. She sat me down and she was the type of boss that just wanted to find fault with everything. She was a conniving libra. She act like I did this all the time and she couldn’t stop talking about it. She tried to intimidate me and got off on being mean. Anytime anyone needed me, to work over time etc. I would do it and my coworker was like she’s crazy don’t worry about her.

I think it’s not about being a man or woman... it’s about what you feel can bring to make the company better in general... if you are worthy of that position and you are fair , you are respectful and respected... and make the effort to prove you’re just as good or if not better than your male counterparts then I say hell yeah ! Personally, I truly think men are over- emotional at times. That's why I don't understand why some ppl say " Women are much more emotional creatures "...which is a lie.
