Well, if the parents aren't doing the parenting and making sure their kids are in school, they risk being arrested. How else are they going to be accountable? Kids need to be in school every day, on time. The school to jail pipeline is real, especially in reference to our young black males. She was trying to stop that, not just jailing parents to be mean. She developed a program for non violent, first time offenders to meet certain milestones like high school graduation, mental health issues addressed, etc. Upon meeting the milestones, their records would be cleared. This way they could have a better future, without one mistake ruining their lives.

@@therealnews I think we can be sure. You know, there’s really no such thing as race anyhow (see “The Myth of Race” Jefferson M. Fish, PhD and many others), so to utilize it to explain things - particularly important things - gets pretty convoluted very quickly. What we end up with is not so much a discussion of race as much as it is of labels, and once something is labeled (whether we do it to ourselves, someone else does it to us, or a combination of both) it’s constrained to what we know to be true about the label. Into this vacuum of generalization, abstraction and context those who have bad intentions gladly step.

In this political landscape and the upcoming election, I think people are not thinking as critical as they should. I don't support Kamala or Trump, who refuse to do anything for the poor. Both of these two corporate elite parties are tied to Wallstreet and backed by wealthy donors. We deserve a third party options. NONE of them have a black Agenda and both oppose Reparations a Lineage based Federal Debt owe to ADOS.Also,as for the Kamala question on blackness, if not whether she's Black enough, she's not Black American who descends from American Chattel Slavery and Jim Crow. She is a child of Immigrants Indian and Jamaican, yet Democratic Shields are saying she's us. She's not our Lineage.Obama who is White and Kenyan wasn't our Lineage as well. There are no "Black" people. There are prescribed "Black"-like behaviors and expected treatment of people classified as "Black." "Black" = Authorized to be mistreated. Race is a political construct used to determine access to the physical and psychological resources needed to develop a high quality of life, which is characteristic of the condition called "peace." Within the system of RWS, how can people classified as "Black" achieve an existence identified as "peace-full" when peace, for people who practice, support, and defend RWS, means mistreating people classfied as "Black?" "It's not what you're called that tells the world how you expect to be treated. It's what you answer to that tells the world how you expect to be treated." -SL

You realize the left, progressives are the ones pushing the idea of race? Let’s not pretend like the majority of black Americans don’t identify with the classic black stereotypes… Just as most white Americans identify with classic white stereotypes. There are outliers for sure but stereotypes are legit for the most part. What’s great is we have the choice to follow those stereotypes or rise above them. Black communities arnt poor because of racism, they’re poor because of welfare and the destruction of black family’s. If racism was the main cause then male Asians wouldn’t be leading the US the with the highest avg earned annual income

@@dre_withwithout Even the "most accomplished" people classified as "Black" are still treated as though they are "Black" only their presence is tolerated more because of how they uphold the tenants of RWS. Not one person classified as "Black" has ever become wealthy or achieved peace from eliminating RWS, yet, there are many people classified as "wealthy Blacks." Peace and mistreatment cannot coexist, unless...ignorance is produced as an energy source to sustain mistreatment...in the name of...peace. The recipe for RWS. Black 👉 Ignorance 👉 Mistreatment 👉 Peace = Pain 👉 Joy for RWS

Wow this interview perfectly sums up both sides' views, all while remaining very polite and honest. Neither party has a clear policy on anything and instead rely on scaremongering about the other party. Once people choose a side then they project their own beliefs onto their party, based solely on hope, hearsay and annecdotes (eg the economy was better under x), not evidence. Indeed when it comes to domestic policies, it is mostly in the hands of states and the courts (i.e. everything they talked about here). As for foreign policy, no one supporting one of the major parties will touch that subject with a 6-foot pole. I wonder why....

The difference between the Republicans and Democrat's for me only is that the democrats want to control everyone rights and how they should think, but that's not realistic. I personally don't think kids should be manipulated in teaching a child about LGBQ or other adult content. Let a child be a kid. The democrats want to tell parents how to raise their children. Thank you so much for watching and for your comment! I agree too often people assume the black community is a monolith and it can be incredibly diverse. And although I agree these women may be outliers, they do represent a phenomenon that I have seen growing, which is sometimes represented by a rejection of voting in what many believe is a rigged system. In this general sense of dissatisfaction and distrust people turn to unusual or even controversial remedies. My greatest concern is seeing those who say they won't vote because "both sides are bad" or "doesn't matter." That sentiment is a great danger to the black community as many areas are becoming disenfranchised due to a rollback of voting rights, gerrymandering, removal of ballot boxes, etc. If the vote didn't matter our grandmothers and grandfathers wouldn't have had to endure poll taxes and tests or fight dogs and water hoses for the right to vote. That apathy concerns me the most as it appears contagious and would disempower an entire generation. Thank you so much for your thoughtful response. -taya

I live in Europe and here we're constantly bombarded with commercials of big corporations that advertise their products with actors of various ethnicity, absolutely nothing wrong with that, but the subliminal message that I get from this trend is kinda: "We Mercedes-Benz/Apple/Shell promote multiculturalism, and all of you have the right to play in the neoliberal game, but don't dare to ask about capital redistribution and welfare 🤫". Taya here!!! Thank you so much for your kind comment and for watching! I think it's important for people to see how a variety of voters are thinking because at some point we, the people, are going to have to sit down at the table and work together to create productive and beneficial policies for our country. I have spoken to voters across the country, and it shocks me how people say they have the same goals but have such radically different ways of approaching them! Glad to hear that you are registered and ready to vote! -t

I will answer your question. No one is perfect, it's obvious you are biased. If you want to go there Republicans have NOT changed any Laws that align with Biblical views but the Democrats have. However, I will NOT support a party knowing that they are changing God’s Laws. It’s one thing for people not to be perfect but being disobedient to God's Laws is on a whole different level. Listeners choose your battles because there will come a day you will have to answer for your actions. TRUMP24…🙏🏽🇱🇷

Hi there, Taya here! I am not sure which question you are answering but I appreciate that you watched and took the time to comment. I did my best to be respectful to my guests, and I spoke with them afterward, and they were satisfied with the interview I conducted. However, I do have to ask them questions that test their statements, which I do for any guest, no matter their political party, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, etc. I am not familiar with legislation created only by Democrats that have challenge Biblical law? Unless you mean, for example, something like the legalization of gay marriage, which both Republicans and Democrats in Congress voted to pass? Maybe I misunderstood your comment, but I did want to respond and to thank you for watching.-t

We all have different perspectives, and that's why we can make our own choices in life. However, when both Political Parties have to vote in Congress, there will be many people who will ALWAYS disagree with your beliefs! Regardless, the majority of the Republican Party voted against it. So, I'm perplexed by your comment. Again, you appeared to be biased towards your guest. What I suggest moving forward, you should ALWAYS have an impartial discussion if you want an effective outcome! Also, they do NOT have to support anything that is against God’s Biblical principles. We should not SUPPORT diabolical behavior of any kind. Regardless, of whether it’s signed into Law or not! I’m glad you took the time to respond…
