in LA, you gotta hit up Howlin Rays. Its by far the most notorious fried chicken spot in the city, although their wings are battered and are whole wings (not split into drums/flats). This is some of the best chicken you will every have though, absolutely incredible. it gets busy during lunch/dinner, so if you want to wait the least amount of time, go at 2-3pm on a weekday

I have not watched a hot ones show in a few years. Even if he did Hot Ones it should line up the day or the day after he drops the last episode. Hot One from what I understand orders their wings naked from down the street and they are normally cold before they start.

D&N is my brothers restaurant. Daniel is a wings connoisseur. Glad you went and tried his wings. I wish you could’ve tried more of his flavors. His wings are dairy and gluten free. He makes all of his sauces from scratch. If anyone is in the SF area and enjoys wings it really is a must try. Thanks for the shout out.

COLORADO: The Mayor of Old Town located in Fort Collins This place is primarily known for its 100 beers on tap, but they back it up with their high quality food. Their "Mountain Man Wings" are the best wings I've ever eaten! Would highly recommend

I 2nd serums, everything says D spot online, But Serums Goldrush wings are the best wings Ive ever had Serums has a pretty unique way of cooking wings they fry them, then sauce them then grill them I think. It gives an incredible texture

Fire on the mountain in Portland Oregon is amazing. They have unique flavors and their El Jefe sauce is a palet burner. So good they even have some of their sauces in select stores so you can use at home for your own wings at home.

I’m an AZ resident and i used to work at the FedEx off of 32nd ST and Thomas between 2014 and 2021. I ate at that Long Wongs you went to once a week while working at FedEx. I felt nostalgia when i saw the restaurant in this video and the fact that it still looks the same is awesome.

I can't even fathom the amount of research and planning, then filming and editing that Sam puts into these videos. From his very first video, he has given us content like he has 100 million followers. Incredible love and dedication he has to his craft. If you see this Sam, you ARE appreciated! Also, I am going to Phienix in February. I will go to Long Wing's and tell them you sent me! (Oh, and bring a little bottle of coconut oil with you when you travel. Capsaicin is oil soluble. For the PNW I've got to give it to Vindicktive Bar and Wings in Seattle Washington And when you do the midwest Parrot's Cay Tavern & Grill in Grand Forks North Dakota, do the shark sauce as your non buffalo flavor. They let you choose the spice level for every sauce from 3 to 40.

For New York- you gotta go to The Green Front, in Canandaigua. Awesome roasters and the best Buffalo sauce outside the All America City. It’s also got a cool backstory as a former speakeasy for the Italian restaurant it used to be located behind.

Long Wongs Wings (E. Thomas rd) is my go to place in Phoenix. Dirty Birds when I’m visiting friends in San Diego. ADDITIONALLY, I’m born & raised in New York and attended college at Buffalo State. I remember nickel wing nights at the Anchor Bar and ANYONE asking for Ranch Dressing over Blue Cheese would be shown the door 😎

Manhattan fish and chicken in Detroit had the best wings I've had in Michigan, the honey garlic flavor in particular. Get the lemon pepper fries. Love what you're doing with the channel!

I know that you probably will get loads of Idaho suggestions for Boise, which is probably the safer bet for airport travel and stuff but Idaho Falls is one of the bigger "cities" and it's on the i-15 and close to Wyoming which would make your travel to/from Montana, Utah and Wyoming doable by car. In any case, if you choose Idaho Falls: 1)Frosty Gator 2)Lucy's Pizza 3)Dixies Diner I know I've left comments before so apologies for being annoying lol. Regardless, i so look forward to the intermountain west episode

You gotta try Tower Bar and Grill in Fort Wayne, IN! It’s on several lists of the “best wings in Indiana”. Oh and it’s also a 5 min walk from my house, so if you come to town I’ll make sure you don’t have to eat alone this time!

North Dakota: The Parrots Cay in Grand Forks has excellent wings! Try the regular buffalo, heat level at least 15. Shark is a good secondary sauce.

Wyoming you gotta check out born in a barn in Laramie. I worked at a hotel in college there and whenever people wanted restaurant recommendations for wings we always sent them there. I also know that had a pb&j flavor that I never tried but I always heard people say were incredible

For Kansas or Missouri you gotta go to The Peanut! the wings there are massive and delicious. they do take 20 minutes to make because each batch is fresh. they have locations in both states so take your pick but personally i think the downtown location is the best.
