Yall realize what Em has done?? EVERY reaction channel. Eminem is everywhere, causing discussion, discomfort, happiness, sadness. He brought the entire internet together and people are FINALLY realizing exactly why he is the Greatest Of All Time. No question

Yup. These reaction chanels are bringing Em to a whole new audience. I never liked rap till I started messing with these channels. Still not my thing but I have gained respect for it for sure. Put a couple on my gym playlist too. Cant understand why some artists or labels copyrigjt them. This brings them new ears

The last verse of this song brought me to tears the first time I heard it as a teenager. When he talks about how much this music means to you when you're going through struggles in life. It still gives me goosebumps the way he delivers it and his cadence EVERY TIME. It spoke to everything that was going on in my life as a kid. The greatest part of this song is that Eminem is literally speaking to the parents of the world and people who don't understand that hip hop isn't just some "black art form" and everyone can relate to it. Eminem was visually comparing it to Rockstars and how and rap stars are very similar. (hence using the Aerosmith rock sample as the chorus) The last verse is literally him talking to the parents who are wondering why kids are listening to his music.... and he's basically saying "LOOK... your kids relate to his music in some way... there must be a reason why. This world is F'ed up and some childhoods are messed up. Maybe we should look at how the world is rather than blame me for pointing it out" Plus the media and court systems were trying to cancel Eminem back then. The line "Any dispute, won't hesitate to produce handguns". They tried claiming he had a gun and pistol whipped a guy when really it was just him punching the guy.

It's not only that he didn't get caught up, doing crazy stuff like other people. But the fact that he's got three daughters, who all love, and appreciate him. And take the opportunity to talk him up any chance they get. How many artists, especially rappers are constantly in the news because their kids hate them, or they're living on the street, or all drugged out etc.

When he says “talking back, talking black brainwashed from Rock and rap” it means people think he talks “Black” and puts him in a category based on his skin color just like you do when you label something as “Talking black” no he is talking slang like many people do in poor areas, it’s basically a big fuck you to everybody who think only one group can be at this and that place. And people then think he is brainwashed with his way of talking and wearing clothes by rock and rap, when in reality he is influenced by where he grew up

Y'all hit the nail on the head. I'm 38 years old from NY. I started listening to hip hop with Sir Mix A Lot and 2 Live Crew. When mumble rap hit the scene it destroyed the story telling and every song on an album turned into a club song. What happened to the poetry? I think the poets get brushed under the rug and remain in the underground scene. It's dumb. Referencing y'all's statement about Em's story telling...
