Rebel, I've been frustrated today dealing with Mercari customer service. They're refusing to issue me Shipping Protection funds for a lost item. Long story. But it's been grinding my nerves all day. I thought to myself, "Watch one of Rebel's videos, that will cheer you up." So here I am! Thanks for all the content and being the 'friend' I need on annoying days as a reseller. LOL.

Completely agree on the bread and butter sales. There are certain buyers that are not on eBay to drop $40+ on an item, if it’s easy to list, easy to store, easy to ship….I’m all for it and it can easily add up to $100’s for the week in bread and butter items. But I have the ability to buy those items at a very low cost, and the buy it where you can make your $$$.

The majority of our inventory is purchased during sourcing trips to different areas that have Goodwill outlet stores. We go to Nashville and St Louis a few times a year and also went to Connecticut, Pittsburg, West Virginia, South/North Carolina and Florida this year. The thrift stores in our area are ridiculously priced although we go check some out every few weeks. Yard sales and estate sales were hit and miss this year. Thankfully we have the time to do these trips several times a year.
