Can I use shredded chicken instead of beef? Also I don't like cilantro, is there a sub or just leave it off?

Danielle Teicher you can almost always sub shredded chicken in this sort of thing. As far as the cilantro, you could technically replace it with flat leaf parsley for the “look,” but it wouldn’t really add any flavor. It’s not really strong enough, which is good though because it will look nice and you won’t have to deal with the cilantro taste.
