I think that the Lazarus pit changed Talia, and she became more like her father because the pit has negative effects on the mind of the person bathing in it, and the reason why Talia is the way she is now.

There’s a line in one of the recent runs where Damian is running away from all the former Robins & Dick has a heart to heart with him where he says he, Tim, Jason & Steph were all Robins to Bruce first but Damian was Dicks Robin. It was really touching & emphasised they’re relationship & how great they were as Batman & Robin in the comics because it was the opposite of Dicks role with Bruce, back then Robin was what mellowed & tempered Batmans violence. But now Robin is the aggressor & Batman has to hold him back

There's a comic story with the Heretic that influences this animated movie in the New 52. One of the comics post that storyline, Batman and Robin #18, features either no dialogue or super limited dialogue, and is beautiful. And the whole "Requiem for Damian" story arc is emotional.

Yvonne Strahovski voicing Kate Kane aka Batwoman just amazing. Chuck TV series is one of the most underrated shows and Yvonne is incredible in it. She would've made a perfect Captain Marvel in my opinion. The O' Maraverse for the New 52 film is like the MCU with him being the connective tissue through multiple story arcs.

My two favourite things about when nightwing became Batman in the comics is Joker retired because he could tell it wasn’t the “real” batman and commissioner Jim Gordon could tell it was nightwing under the mask because Dick Grayson smiled more then Bruce.

I’m currently reading Morrisons omnibus volume 2 run of Batman I read the first volume and got hooked. It’s very cool to see parallels between these movies and his stories. Also Batman. Brave and the Bold show has a lot of references to his stories. Also there’s an episode that has the Creature Commandos in it.

I really really think this way of bringing all the Bat Family into the DCU works best, they should introduce Batman and Damian Wayne Robin in the first Brave And the Bold movie and then maybe in a Nightwing spinoff, make Batman disappear and introduce all the other Bat Family memebers like Nightwing, Batgirl, Batwoman, Red Robin and Batwing...and they should do the Red Hood story for the Batman sequel

I think you kinda missed or rushed through it. But earlier in the movie when Nightwing is on the phone. But its not obvious till the later movies, but that is Koria (Starfire). And it's a running joke through ALL the movies is that their calls between each other are always interrupted.

Honestly, I've had that discussion with a buddy of mine and I've come to the conclusion that the best successor to Batman is Jason Todd. Of ALL the Robin's He's the only one with Batman's brutality. Dick openly rejects the way Bruce thinks and acts; it's why he LEFT. Tim doesn't have nearly the rage and arrogance and Damian is just too immature and childish. He's petty enough, but his pettiness is again childish due to being coddled and entitles by his grandfather. Jason is the only one that fits batman's psyche profile. BUT, Jason is also kind of not all there. So he does have that working against him.
