Hmmm so food for thought: You could also play a virtual theremin - that is, a theremin that's only in digital space (rather than a physical instrument) via the VR handsets and the headset. It obviously can't necessarily be the same as playing a proper theremin, but it feels like it would be an instrument that's fairly easy to emulate with that sort of VR equipment :)

I'm sorry, but how is this preferable to an actual streamed or prerecorded performance? VR is not new enough to be interesting (despite Zuckerberg's rapidly failing attempt to make it cool), and even for VR, the visuals here were extremely poor quality. I follow your channel because YOU are charming, your performance is mesmerising, and your music is great - this is missing two of those key elements. This is just distracting. To quote Ian Malcolm in Jurassic Park, "People asked if we could, but no-one asked if we should."

@@JeffLikesToSkate A lot of people are fascinated by by sticking sharp things into their genitals - popularity doesn't make right. The VAST majority of Carolina's fans will not, nor did attend this. I'm not ignorant of it thanks; I'm disinterested. I've been following the rise of VR for 25+ years, seeing people like you and Zuckerburg trying to promote it as something noteworthy as it fails again and again. If Carolina did many videos like this, I'd stop following and stop supporting her. If YOU were artist, wouldn't you want to know what your audience liked and did not - especially as there's a monetary value connected to their sentiments?

Artist is about their work and what they want. If she wanted to do something like this its all up to her. Filling other people desires and all that nonsense about appeal doesnt make you an artist, just a sell out who wants money and/or success based on something thats not part of your artistry. Fans are people who like what the artist creates, not how much attention they get by artist meeting their wishes. You might be following her for wrong reasons that dont have to do with her artistry. She creates music, her personality and charm are her personal things that you happen to see sometimes during her music. Please do not try to bring down artists with your own expectations that werent met. She loves what she made with the project and its the only thing that matters.
