I am on their patreon for this show specifically. They get it and Joel fills them in a bit since he's read some of the manga. The person I am surprised that is paying attention a lot is Rob. Thought he and Jerry would fall asleep like they do with a lot of shows, but they have been alert. Also, pausing is generally not good for reactions especially when patreons are trying to sync up their videos but these guys show the complete copyrighted video. Kind of crazy since it makes them liable as hell but great for the viewer 😆.

@ I read the manga completely. The entire time I was waiting for the story to recycle back to the beginning. Never did. Did a little research and turns out the first few volumes were more of a grab the attention of the reader and once the publisher green lit the rest of the series he basically started the story from Guts birth. The anime cannot recreate the manga. damn near impossible to catch all the details
