@@mizanurrahman6180 I agree. The team above was better in possession, but the team with Cavani and Lavezzi was brilliant and deadly in transition. Cavani played like a LW/9, Hamsik as a half 10 half false 8, Lavezzi on the right... They were very fluid and so good on counter attacks.

Marek Hamsik is a Napoli legend. Came in as a young boy, grew up to be a legend with his eye for goal and his impressive vision. A truly underrated midfielder at his peak when the world was fawning on De Bruyne, Özil, David Silva, Eriksen and many others.

I always loved Hamšik, not just because of his football qualities but because of his image as well. His hairstyle was so iconic, which is pretty unusual for a Slovakian player. Your national team always seemed the most boring at every big competition: boring jerseys, boring haircuts, boring style of football with boring fans and boring results…

Lavezzi, Mertens, Hamsik, Naingolan, Piotr Zielinski, Higuain, Fabián Ruiz,Callejon,Lorenzo Insigne, Hirving Lozano, Kalidou Koulibaly, Matteo Politano, Hirving Lozano... so many threats in one team and they couldn't win the serie a. still shocks me. Still my favorite serie a team since then. I just hope they do well this season. Of course Maradona was what made me follow it. But then after i also started watching the city of Naples on youtube...learned many things about their culture and geography...pizza! I would love to visit Naples if at all in my life i start having money. Its the first city i will visit outside India. Forza Napoli!!❤

My baller…he’ll never get the recognition he deserves from the world of football
@andjelkozlotvor2 ай бұрын
I find few reasons for that: 1. He never played for gigantic clubs. 2. He never won any prestigious trophies. 3. He came from little “unimportant” Slavic country. Some great Czechoslovakian players have similar destiny. Just take a look at Nedvēd who’s one of the most complete players in history of this game but he was (and still is) constantly neglected by media (especially by British media) and consequently disrespected by fans (especially by PL fans) or take a look at Stanislav Lobotka who’s probably the best DM in Europe right now. 4. He spent his prime years in post Calciopoli era, which is definitely the weakest decade of the Calcio since WWII. At the same time it was the golden era for their competitor leagues LL and PL. 4. The last years of his career he spent in less important leagues like Chinese, Swedish and Turkish.
