You should talk about the weird kids show that was released around this time, Ghost Writer. A group of kids who were able to communicate with a ghost through a computer. I don't remember much else about the show except that it was the kids tried to figure out mysteries and enlisted the ghost's help. I also don't remember if it was ever revealed who the ghost was.

in the 90s a lot of good shows would get cancelled purely because of when it was scheduled or even the channel it was on. Now we have an abundance of bad shows that sometimes just drown out the good ones, which get canceled.

I was 10 years old in 1992 and watching a lot of TV, but I don't remember any of these. However, my morning comedy radio show sometimes to show disapproval played a sound clip of a German man screaming, "Nein! Nein!" And I had no idea what it was from. Now I do, so thank you for that!

I was in 4th and 5th grade in this era, I watched Fox all the time in the fall of 1992, the Simpsons, In Living Color (that I probably shouldn't have been watching), and Martin (that I definitely shouldn't have been watching) and I have zero recollections of a werid Tobey Maguire show.

As a huge American Gladiators fan, I was all in for Knights & Warriors (which also has both full seasons on Tubi). That year was jam packed on Saturday mornings between WWF Superstars, American Gladiators and Knights & Warriors airing almost back-to-back-to-back here in the NY area. The weird thing we have to remember about American Gladiators is that in the very first season (the dark season, as a lot of diehards call it), the audience was supposed to boo the Gladiators, much like the Warriors were here. But the Glads always spoke straight in their promos, even when they were trash talking within their character roles, so they actually gained respect and love from the fans by the end. The Warriors, not a chance, cuz they always kept the characters turned on. Bonus fun fact: Knightmare was originally the Joust trainer on Gladiators, hence his stellar record in Battle Swords. He'd also go on to marry Sha-Ri Pendleton aka Blaze.

This is one of my favorite years for television when I was growing up. So many great and wacky premises and settings for shows. Great Scott was hilarious,I still remember the episode with Scott taking over the high school mascot job. One of his daydreams was running the guy he replaced over and it was just the funniest thing Ive ever seen in my 9 years of life at the time. Nightmare Cafe freaking rules too. Something my grandfather and I happened upon that became a short lived favorite of ours to watch. Good times when Fox was young and trying anything to find another hit and the other networks following suit to compete.

Strangely, no. I'm thinking that we made so many from the same television year that we had to eventually move along. And this one just got left out. We'll definitely be making another pass at titles that didn't make into any videos so far. Maybe some lists of honorable mentions that lasted a little longer as well. Thanks for asking!

7:06 the original American Gladiators episode didn't have a referee, in fact they had a traditional looking "executioner" who wouldn't look out of place on the Knights and Warriors show.

I remember Knights and Games. I also remember briefly seeing another American Gladiators knockoff centered around rollerblading.

I stopped by because I saw the characters from knights and warriors. Just couldn't remember the name of the show. Definitely a flashback to my younger years

I remember Nightmare Cafe. My brother and I both enjoyed it and always wondered what happened to it. I don’t remember Great Scott, but it looks like it would have been a fun show.

I had such a thing for Yancy Butler. But, jeebus-looking at this clip now, I can’t believe I actually watched that show.

I had to IMDB it, but I KNEW one of those "Warriors" from the Knights and Warriors clips looked familiar. The larger female one is that badass female football coach Beiste on Glee!
