I wish I learnt most of these principles years ago. A lot of people have been trapped strongly in the matrix- - Go to school, get a job, and then slave your whole life. Many miss out on life changing information that could have great effect on their finances.

This is true:: for instance, people are constantly chasing stability on a day job but fail to understand that banks are return-driven businesses. I don’t trust keeping a large sum in the bank. Instead, I invest with professional guidance, enjoy the benefits and actively save up for retirement.

Something I see as a landlord. He has a point. The poor aren’t big on any form of preventative maintenance or basic upkeep. Things like oil changes, washing their clothes, cleaning their house. They let small problems snowball into major problems.

As for Josh, might I suggest, Robert, that you impart to him the art of selecting attire befitting a civilised man? Perhaps he might avail himself of one of those fine suits acquired on American Express during your time in Hong Kong. It would surely be an improvement.

When you buy quality it lasts longer. People think that rich people don't buy quality, not only do they buy quality but they look for deals when buying quality items.

Semper Fi, Robert!!! Enjoyed your testimony as I identified with the same mistakes you made when I was in the Corps: 86-92. Incarcerated 3 times, loss of rank, fined, confined to barracks, liar, deceiver, violent, woman violator, drunkard, drug addiction, stationed in Iwakuni (Pardoned from a 7 year prison sentence), Okinawa, Subic Bay, Kaneohe MCAS. Set Kaho‘olawe on fire and destroyed their sacred grounds. Deployed to Desert Storm Combat. Came to the conclusion that I was a SINNER and received the gift of forgiveness and salvation that only JESUS CHRIST can give. Psalm 118: 17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD. 🎉🎉🎉

Nice video. Not a criticism, I enjoy your insights. I tend to think prices could go higher if XAI47K rockets. But understand the logic for sandbagging estimates. My opinion is XAI47K breaks 1, perhaps reaches 10 ATH, if conditions are right. But broader forces are at play now. We’re moving into really unknown territory. And these entities are shrewd. I think there’s massive manipulation ahead. If XAI47K survives that, well, we’re likely in for a good pump.
